• Key point comprehension skills training - Sometimes it is enough to understand the key point a sentence or conversation is about. It is not always necessary to understand every single words. This chapter teaches you techniques to better understand how to find the relevant information.
• General outline comprehension skills training - Lastly, this chapter teaches not just what a person is saying, but what their intention is. Words and meanings don't always match, the word "ok" generally has a positive meaning, but can also be used in a negative or refusing way by saying "it's ok".
